I have a plan of 3 GB data per day on Airtel sim. Today after using 2.5 GB data, i got a message from Airtel that your daily 3GB data has been used. After reading this i got frustrated & shared this issue with Airtel executive by calling at 121 but Airtel executive refused to accept this and told me that it’s all your fault, not theirs. I have only used 2.5 GB data today as shown in my daily data usage count but according to Airtel i used 3 GB.
This thing has happened before also but now i can’t tolerate this so i m writing this complaint.
