I am using Airtel , Number ported from Vodafone for coverage issues.
The problem is for the same usage of my kids online classes daily and a minimal watching of movies / YT videos and movies in OTT, exhausted my 40 gb of data in 8 days. But for the same usage in Vodafone I use to get a notification of 25 gb carry forward to next month out of 40 GB data plan.
When complaint raised with Airtel 121 and escalation Nodal and Appellate, they are not responding properly and answering with an attitude that they will steal data like this only…..
