I have recharged with plan of 2gb/per day prepaid pack in airtel, in my device Data monitoring system shows I have used only 825Mb of data but Airtel send messages that your 50% data is over.and in the airtel thanks app (which one is airtel company application) show you have left only 980Mb of data out of 2gb of data,wher is rest data.
When I contacted customer care of Airtel to complaint they are ignored my request.
1) Bharati Airtel company use this types of scams for get more money from costumers
2) Airtel company show false information that you’r data is over,by this we would recharge by thinking that our data is over
3)300 to 400Mb data per day means it’s a lot of Data they are stiling from us
3)by doing this Types of cheap tricks Airtel company earning more in wrong way
