Hi,
My name is Sultan and I went to Airtel Retail Store at Darya Ganj, New Delhi. I wanted an e-sim for my iPhone, however, the behavior of the staff is ridiculous and very unprofessional. They laugh, make fun of consumers, they are not ready to help you at first, it seems they have some religious issues with Muslims. I need to take this action to court and file case against them.
Whenever you ask something, they look at each other’s eyes and I don’t know what’s their problem. I never faced this kind of issue in my relationship with Airtel Staff.
Kindly look into it and help me make complaint against those staff.
One of the staff member name is Virat and other 2 male staff does the same.
