This Misbah Shaikh, from pune Maharashtra, I want to raise an complain against airtel and their staff , they are fooling me since 2 months I begged in front of them, that I am facing a lot of issue in network which was their when I ported my number into airtel but all of sudden I started noticing problem since Feb 2021 so i raised complain on 13 March 2021 which closed without resloving nor informing me on 25 March 2021, they again asked to file fresh complain so I did it on 29 March 2021, but unfortunately this was again closed without resloving my issue each I call up centre they say their manager will call me back but their manager is to rude Mr. Imran is the name of manager, Ms. Gautami is Floor supervisor she is fooling on each call I have all the recording of this conversation.. please do something this is the matter of service providing when they cant provide why are they charging such amount even on calls made to centre they are making money..
Till today I am not able to use my daily data.. and can’t full fill the requirements of my company in today’s senario of work from home due to pathetic service by airtel
