I am your customer in many products.. But nowhere the staff of your company cheated like this.. I purchase your DTh plan from your company executive, but as always Airtel executive play smart, they give me DTh plan in society without anteena as the society has a common connection and also commits that if you relocate anywhere than company provides you anteena than and there and you have facing no problem at all…. Luckily I have to shift with in a month… Now the Airtel customer care just ignore the problem as always and denies that just talk to the executive and we are not liable to anteena nd you have to pay Rs 650 for the fault done at your end by not taking anteena from executive.. This means that I have fooled by your company for just sale the product… I just want to say that I make a shifting request on 30 Oct but till date my complaint is still on and I am just hanged between your executives, technician team, customer care.. I just ple with the higher authorities of Airtel that please help in solving my problem or clearly denied that Airtel just play games with there customers to earn money. Please help.
