It’s not always possible to recharge your no with unlimited packs every month and also not always every one has s particular sim so stopping sms services on the minimal amount top up is not at all a good idea that’ll only reduce the number of customers and people will port to Jio. Kindly look into this matter and activate sms services on every top-up
