I’m using Airtel from the last 5 years, and it has been a constant partner for me, but from the last month, I’m unable to use the internet properly and the speed of internet is very slow, and I’m unable to do anything productive on my phone because of the slow Internet service and it has caused me harm in many ways, and when I tried to get in touch with the customer service representative of the Airtel, they just fool you and don’t do anything because if they would have done anything in this regard, my internet would have worked, but they pass there time sitting there, and they people are responsible for the decrease in the no. Of people, who are using Airtel.
So, this poor internet services and idiotic behavior of there customer service representatives will make anyone write a consumer complaint.
