Hi Team,
My SIM got failed suddenly. When I reach out to store, representative give me a new SIM which activation got rejected due to mismatch in the document.
I have send an email to update the address. It got updated, again I went to store they gave me another SIM which is also got rejected status is showing.
Store people got message as below,
Dear Retailer, validation of Sim swap documents for airtel Mobile no. 9666533000, with SIM no. 8991000907406417541U could not be completed successfully due to Customer Live Photo does not match with the Live photo taken during acquisition. Please get the request reprocessed.
When I go the store, representative told me to connect with customer care when I reach out to them, they told me that we don’t have an authority to check. It has been 4 days with this problem.
Already address got updated as per my proof(aadhar). If photo is mismatch please change the photo as per attached image so that it will match.
If not please give me solution to activate it. I am not expecting this type service to the post paid customer.
Please do the necessary action on it.
