Hi ,

I am using my number from airtel 9731479058 since 10 years . 3rd jan 2020 I lost phone and applied for sim swap .

Then they found my  name is mismatching but documents are mine . They are not providing  new sim because  of name change.. I been going airtel office and contacted  many times to customer care and sent many emails.

Airtel office guys telling me to go contact  customer care.  When I sent emails or calls to customer care they are telling  contact  to airtel office.

Since 17 days they making run round and round .

Every my details been tagged to that number my pf,  my employment track my lic my aadhar  passport pan every other  details  tagged to that number  ..

I want get my number and compensation  from them .
