My 3 years old sim Card not working so I have traid to get a new sim of the same Airtel number but 2 times it failed. After submitting 1st time aadhar card & 2nd time voter id card it also failed. I have received below message:-
Dear PUJA KUMARI, validation of Sim swap documents for Airtel Mobile no. Xxxxxxxxxx, with SIM no. Xxxxxxxxxxxxx could not be completed successfully. For more details, contact your point of sale from where Simswap was taken or the nearest Airtel store.
