This is regarding airtel sim swap issue which i am facing since almost more than a week. My Older sim got corrupted which i need to get replaced and when i went to airtel centre they took a picture of my ID and myself. Later on the same day i got message that documents could not get verified and again next day i went airtel centre and they took picture of my another photo ID and myself and gave me new sim. The same message i received this time also and again next day i went to airtel center with my passport and this time they took picture of my passport and myself and gave me new sim by saying that your face image got changed from the one given on your ID proofs but this time i have waited over there only and wait till the time they confirmed me that documents got successfully accepted this time. Again when i came home i got message that documents could not get verified. Then, i talked to Airtel Store Manager he said that they will get approval on email regarding my case and will provide me sim in next two days. However i have not got any sim yet from the airtel store and my number is switched off since last 10 days and nobody is providing any resolution. Airtel store was in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi
