- My airtel sim card number 9740—-82 has suddenly stopped functioning today on 07 May 2020 . It is being recognised in the phone – honor 8x, but not showing any signal strength. It is not accepting manual settings as well.
The sim card is not functioning in other mobile instruments as well.
Other airtel sim cards ( different number) are functioning on my mobile.
In this lockdown situation it is extremely difficult to get any guidance on solution of this issue.
The airtel customer care contact numbers are just giving automated response .
I need to use my phone to work from home.

Hello airtel my airtel sim is suddenly stop working didn’t showing the network no notifications nthg showing infact sim slot also didn’t showing why balance also their then why my sim is stopped tell me airtel infact I was reset my network reboot , everything i ll do but still no use this is ur responsibility this is ur customer service tell me airtel i need my sim card working bcz very important for me soo hope u guys r solved my issue thank you
