Today 29 sep 20, suddenly my airtel sim got crashed. I also filed an RTI regarding phone tapping on the same number. There is a strong chance of tempering my sim to delete the phone of tapping. Neither my mobile is dropped nor sunk in water, then how sim got crashed. My mobile is also in good condition (Samsung).

Faced the same issue airtel sim crashed
I have the same issue today as well. My phone is in good condition and my other sim is working perfectly fine but airtel just crashed all of a sudden saying the same thing above. I’m also using Samsung even though i had the same issue previously when i was using gionee which caused me to buy the new airtel sim that just crashed.. so in less than 6 months am back to the same issue
How did you fix it? I have the same issue and hasn’t been fixed yet.
Even, I had the same issue with mom’s airtel number. we bought the sim in 2009. still, she using the same number. after sim crashed, within a week , we went to local airtel store and reported the issue. we asked them to activate. But, they said, the number is activated on another person and we’re no more allowed get that number. It is something completely unlawful. Is it done by airtel ? is it some kind of stealing?
