Airtel sim which is in my father’s name Gobinda Prosad Dutta has stopped working. airtel store representatives told us that the sim has been physically damaged and needs to be replaced. My father needs to go to the airtel store and do the biometric verification. but he is severely ill battling cancer and in ventilation in a hospital. This sim is attached to all his bank accounts and I am unable to do any transactions. I am in a dire situation. Please help me open the sim in that same number. I need to pay his hospital fees.
