On 6th of october 2019 my airtel sim suddenly stopped working. I faced lot of issues because i was not reachable to anyone. Some how i asked unkown guy and contacted airtel customer care and explained my issue. They said go to some local mobile shop and swap the sim, but non of the local shop was having the swapping sims and all airtel stores were closed. So i was in trouble. I want compansation. This very serious issue depending on there present situation.
