Hi,
I had some issues on the quality of the calls and had very poor internet service, so i visited Airtel store.
They said the sim needs to be changed and provided a new and said it would be activated in 2 hrs. This happened on 24th Feb 2020.
The new Sim(Mobile number:9940789161) didnt not get activated but the old sim got deactivated, hence visited the store again on 25th Feb 2020 and the customer service representative raised a complaint stating “Signal Fetching Issue” (No:RITM2595110).
Till today (29-02-2020), the new sim is not yet activated. The mobile of the the representative is 9566065656 and he accepted that its the Airtel’s issue.
I did my change of Rs.379 recently which is a 80days pack. I started to face issues after that. Now i lost a week due to this issue.
