I have been facing the above subjected issue since 9th July’21. due to this I am able to make or get phone calls and even messages, while calling sim showing Not Registered on Network.
I have reported this case to customer Care. They said everything is ok from their side, But issue didn’t resolved yet and this no. is my important no… which is register with my all banks & payment apps.
I am surprise to know that the complain reference number CCNOR3DEL2021071764602 has been closed where issue is still same. No any customer care executive ready to understand the issue.
I have already tried all the phone setting to get it resolved but didn’t succeed. I am facing Lots of issue.
Same issue was faced with my wife no, last year and same statement we heard from Airtel side, It was too more then 2 months to get duplicate sim for that no.
As per their final option we have tired to get duplicate sim but Airtel store didn’t provided because they want to me be there but I am out of India how I can travel India to get a duplicate sim only. When we are exampling our situation they are not listen us.
I have them a option that just give us a mail approval that instead of me any of my family member can took a duplicate sim. Behalf of approval mail we can get sim.
Kindly take it on most priority and provide the solution ASAP.
