Respected Sir/Madam,
The following information is to inform you that I was recharged around INR 1000/- for my Airtel sim with the assistance of an Airtel executive named Mr. Mantreep. However, I have not been able to activate my sim due to a number of problems I am facing right now. Since I am abroad, all of my OTPs, such as bank transactions and WhatsApp OTPs, are being sent to that number. So I have sent more than 70 emails to Airtel departments but they have not taken any action yet.
