I have recharged my airtel mobile number multiple times. Transaction history in the airtel app is showing the rechaged details. But still incoming, outgoing and SMS serices are not yet activated. And the recharged amount is not in the main balace section of the app too. Tried to contact customer care multiple times, but there is no relevant solution selection option. And Im unable to contact customer care executives. Its been 3 days, recharge pack duration has been started but im not using any of the services.
