I lost my SIM and requested a new SIM with the same number. As per protocol i had submitted FIR and all necessary documents over email and alao via whats app. However from last 15 days i am getting no response from them. We visited store multiple times and also tried to send email to airtel xustomer care, but still services are not restored. I am getting lot of late fee panelities which are depwndent on this phone like elwctricity bill payment due, cc bill payment fines etc. This delay is causing a lot of financial and metal stess issues as it is my primary number. I would like to file this case against airtel and also demand compensation of 50000 rs. Please help to get it solved.
