Hello;
I am using the Airtel sim from last 7/8 years. This card was earlier Uninor later Telenor and now Airtel. It seems during this transition the SIM owner data has been changed. Now we approached Airtel store , they said we need to bring the person who’s name is currently appearing. How is it possible to bring somebody whom we do not know. In addition to this I have purchased 1 yr plan which costed me 2500 rupees. This is injustice to the loyal customer so looking for resolution of this issue.
