Sir,i ported my number 9774987302 from postpaid to prepaid on Wednesday 09/03/2022.The airtel store providers had told me that my sim will activate within 1 hr.Then i had to call to 59059 for activation. But when i call them they said wait for 24 hrs,your document are not updated.Aftet 24 hrs of waiting again same problem.Again,i had visited my nearest airtel store.Then change the sim and put a new sim and told to repeat the same process and it will activate in 1 hr.But this time the sim doesn’t show any network.Its been a week now.When i call my airtel store they told that its a technical issue,it will take time to solve.But now its an week.That’s my main phone number(9774987302).All my office works are registered on it.Plz fix my sim number 9774987302 and activate it
