Text of Complaint by Ashish kumar:

I am an user of Airtel postpaid. Four days earlier my SIM had stopped working, it was showing NO SERVICE so i had visited airtel store in GM palya Bangalore area. And airtel executive had suggested to take duplicate sim by saying that it will activate in 5-6 hours. Today four days completed and still it is showing NO SERVICE. Also called multiple times to customer care, they were not able give any resolution by saying that i have to wait for activation. My airtel number is 7411268837. So i am expecting some strict action against this poor service from airtel. Even i have raise complaint through my registerd email. So reply has came that my email ID is not registered with my postpaid number7411168837. And i am getting my postpaid ebill on my email ID.
