Dear sir,

I have mobile number which is connected with airtel in last 10 years.that sim not working suddenly on 4th oct sunday 3 pm onwards,its shows emergency calls only. I appoched local airtel store in next day. They says sim is dead need replaced but it will taken 3 days to re activate . Next call to airtel customer care service 198 and 121 they are telling same. How i will domanage bank accounts transactions and my important phone calls in this 3days without my phone number .. i want justify this issue sir .
