I took the Airtel sim 3 years ago. Now the problem with this sim is yesterday I updated my phone and after the update I rebooted the phone as per the phone direction. After rebooting my mobile, the sim doesn’t showing its network in this mobile. I tried reinserting the sim 2 to 3 times but there was no use. I also inserted the sim in another phone and still the sim doesn’t showing its network. Due to this, I am not able to send or receive calls in this sim and even I am not able to use the internet in the sim.
In view of the above, I request you to please check the problem with the sim and sort out the problem as early as possible.
