Hi Team,
Due to COVID situation, I am stuck in US. My Airtel SIM card is not working due to which I am not able to make any bank transactions. I called Airtel office (from my husband’s number- 9810310931 and they said that there is nothing which can be done). I dropped multiple emails to airtel customer care but no one is responding.
If a person is in US, and due to travel restrictions cannot travel to India, isn’t there any way that Airtel can help their long term customers?
This is so dis-appointing in Airtel services.
