Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am using the Airtel Number: xxxxxx3518 since June 2007. Last week this number was suddenly deactivated or stop working. This number was registered in the name of my father Mani Ram Bhati.
When I visited the Airtel Store along with my father, they provide me new sim and told me that it will be activated in 6 hrs. But I received the message that sim swap could not be completed successfully.
In 2007 Voter ID of my father was used for issuing the said airtel number. Voter ID clearly mentioned the name of my father as Mani Ram Bhati. But in Airtel’s database name registered as Mauj Ram Bhati.
Kindly let me know that whose fault is this. Please do the needful in order to activate my Airtel Number: xxxxxx3518. I am using this number since 14 years.
