All of a sudden, my airtel prepaid mobile number 9920743003 become nonfunctional from 31.5.19 evening. The poor chap at airtel shop at Sakchi, Jamshedpur had changed my sim but no result. Again on 01.6.2019 approached to authorized airtel shop but result is same even tried my best to get the services resume. Since its my official number and required all the time for communication and other purposes. Is some one help to get the services resumed . Any fraudulent happens, the airtel will be responsible.
