Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar:

It’s been more than a week I have requested for a sim replacement as my current sim stopped working but still unable to get a proper resolution for the same. It is indeed a worst experience of mine with Airtel having been associated with Airtel for more than 8 years. I have reached out to Airtel customer service store around 5 times in the last one week and submitted my identity and address documents multiple times only to hear that “Customer Acq image is not matching with POI and live photo”. How can my 10 years back photo exactly match with the current photo of mine??
It’s been the worst experience for me with Airtel in the past one week and i am fed up to follow up on this issue. This is my only number which I use and I am unable to perform my office duties, perform bank transactions due to this. This is having a severe impact on my daily duties.
Airtel is proactive in sending me reminders and follow ups to my email id to pay the bill but is unable to respond to my queries and resolve the issue.
