I am an existing customer of Airtel and I have an active plan. & validity.
All the necessary documents (Identity & Address proof) were submitted in the past that’s why I was getting Airtel Services for the last 10 years.
Without any prior notice randomly Airtel stopped the services (1st – August – 2022) and harassed a customer for more than a week.
I am not keeping well and am unable to walk to the Airtel store.
On 2nd – August @Airtel_Presence assured to send an executive to collect the documents for Re-Verification. But still have not collected my documents to re-activate the SIM.
In the 21st-century communication age, I am without telecom service for 8-days.
Kindly sort out the harassment ASAP.
