Hi Team,
Without any notification my Airtel number has been deactivated week back , around year back i have done MNP from vodafone to Airtel and i have given Finger print verification through Aadhaar . Recently i have traveled to Abroad with same sim and i was using it through roaming network for many important work.
Now when i check with customer care they are saying number has been deactivated and needs to submit original documents again in India and they will provide the new sim again after this.
But how will i use same sim when i m not in country currently, why does Airtel do like this
I need solution for this problem urgently and i want to use same sim which i have .
