My sim was blocked a week ago I was using the number since 23 years. It was bought under my fathers name as I was a minor at that time. My father passed away 3 years back. I went to the Begumpet head office, they asked me legal heir documents, NOC etc. which I have provided accordingly . After I submitted the documents. they have put forth conditions such as I have to take internet connection which is a ridiculous request and also convert my prepaid to post paid and pay 6 months bill upfront. They asked to pay 3600+activation fee, and that too it would take about 10 days which I cant afford I need the sim unblocked ASAP .My aadhar is linked to that number and all my business transactions as well, including all my IT which I have to file ASAP. I have been a loyal customer for 23 years and this issue makes me wanna change my provider. Trust me if it isn’t resolved ASAP I would change my provider as I cant afford these kind of mishaps in the future.
