my Airtel Mobile No. 7583838341 has been deactivated on Tuesday evening at around 1940 hours I contacted Airtel customer care and they told that to change the SIM card as the same might have been damaged. As per their advice I changed the sim on Thursday and the retail counter told me that the sim will be activated within 4 hours but it has been more than 24 hours and my sim has not been activated. I complained their Nodal officer and again they told that my name is mismatch and told me to again visits any store and change my name. I have been using Airtel since last 3 years and now they are telling me that the name is mismatch.
