Dear Airtel,
I am Ajay Kumar We have last 12 Years Airtel No. Used. My No. Is 9971208932.
5 days before my sim no working. i am contact airtel store he said your sim activate
4 hours. i am wait sim card not activate 2time contact airtel store (Delhi Canot palace)
again said activate 4 hours i am wait than after 2 days i have conatact airtel store sec 11 dwarka. She said activate 2 hours i am wait 4 hours waiting sim not activated.
i am contact chhatarpur airtel store.Today he said My Father name change and my birth date change. How can posable. My Father Name is Surender Prasad & My Birth
Date is 21-07-1982.
2 time i have change sim support team not info me duplicte sim & 4g change.
Its posible name change. Please solve my problem because my no. is share child school & bank and other documents.
I have all ready summit Voter id card & AAdhar card.
