Dear Team,
During this pandemic,when everyone struggling in day to day life and on top of that when your Airtel SiM doesn’t work and you stop getting any linked bank transaction OTP. It’s create a lot of trouble in getting new SIM while we are in foreign nation and the local Airtel outlet back in India are not allowing to give SIM to family members even after showing all the original documents.
Please resolve this issue which helps alot of people struggling with the same situation and can’t just travel to India to get the Airtel SIM and can’t even wait for so long to get there SIM back.They should atleast give the SIM to there family members with genuine valid proofs.
