My Airtel Sim is damaged and I am out of India. I contacted customer care via email and after 30 non responsive mails, I received a mail saying I need to register my email I’d with my number on Airtel thanks app. After telling them multiple times that I can’t get otp to register, I received the same response please register. It was so frustrating that they don’t even understand the problem.
My all bank transactions are stopped due to this and I really want a resolution.
