I want to convert my phone no. (9310892525) from POST PAID to PRE-PAID .
I went (AIRTEL STORE M2K, G 57, Agarwal City Plaza, Plot No 17, Mangalam Place, Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi, 110085 ) on 24 June 2019 and handover my all documents to Mr. Ankur Verma and he gave me a SIM and said that your PRE-PAID no. will start within 48 hours.

But the position is still as well as, my phone no. not convert.

So please take this matter seriously and do the needful.

Last time (6th. July 2019) I went again in Airtel showroom and they give me again a sim and my ref. no. ( SR# 90557721) said that your connection will stat-in 48 hours. But the problem is still as .
