Hi Team, I am Sriram and I have been staying in US and I want to report an issue with Airtel sim swap departement. Can you please publish this news and make Airtel responsible for their actions.

During May 10th, I realized one of my sim was not working. I reached to them over the CC number and on their mail ids and went through procedure for the sim swap as Airtel team suggested. Since I’m not available in India, they asked one of my blood relation to visit the store. On May 20th my mother who is 67 year old visted Airtel store(Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad) taking all the required documents and even we did a video call with Airtel representatives to prove the authenticity of my identity. On 20th May when we visited the store we were told that it will take 4 days to complete the process. It has been close to 18 days and still the sim is not activated. All my Bank accounts and PMAY are linked to that number and i have been facing a lot of presssure and anxiety, also my mom has visited the store couple of times now and she is planning to do one more tomorrow morning. I want to make airtel responsible for this act.

Can you please publish this news and help in closing the issue.
