I purchased an Airtel sim card and the validity was till 2032 with the number 7066236557.
Until recently i received messages 2 days ago stating my outgoing calls validity will expire on 30.11.2018
There was no verbal agreement made or written agreement signed that my airtel validity could be revoke anytime in future at the time of me purchasing their services.
This is absolutely unacceptable as they want more money and are cheating their consumers.
Someone pls advise what can i do
