My internet connection has been disconnected since last Friday without any notice or reason of disconnection. I have been visiting the stores continuously, sending mails and following up with the customer care. But there has been no help or update from their end. This is my corporate sim card and the business dealings are on hold since 30 August, 2025. Please look into the matter and help me get the internet services resumed. All the banking services and OTP are unable to be fetched due to the lack of network in the sim card. Waiting for a positive reply.
