I have been using Airtel Post paid no. and all of a sudden on 21st Dec Sat night no signal was received and I contacted the customer care through a different no. but the staff had no clue on the reason.
He directed me to visit the store on 22nd Dec Sun Morning. I Visited the store on Sunday Morning 11 am and to my surprise there was only 1 staff in the showroom and already close to 10 customers were waiting it’s the most unorganized showroom i have seen so far.
No token system and the staff has no clue on which customer to attend next. After waiting for 1 hour i got a sim card and again he has no idea why my old sim was not working.
For the new sim activation 6 hours was the duration given and today its 23rd Dec Monday 12 PM still its not activated.
I have called the customer care twice and their standard reply is “it will be activated in 2 hours”. Airtel once upon a time used to give best customer service but those days are gone.
They are not concerned about customer nor service all they are interested is money.
