this is to inform you that i purchased airtel post paid connection number 9845555784 from Cunningham road branch bangalore and as i was not satisfied with the service i ported to jio service provider at jio store mosque fraser town,bangalore. after clearing all my dues,
as the number took some 6-7 days to get activated airtel generated another bill,
i got the call from jio that i have pending balance and asked me to clear the same, in some time i cleared the bill with the airtel store in mosque Fraser town Bangalore,
and again went to the above said jio store and the representative cross checked the details and asked me to get some clearance number from the airtel store for the same number as they the jio store did not received the clearance from the airtel.
when i visited again and again i was said the clearance have been sent to jio. when i asked for reference number they denied saying, it cannot be be given to customer in person and it will be sent directly, to the network provider… and thus i have faced hardship running poll to post in vain. and in due course of time there was an another lock down.
i again tried and visited the jio to get things done and when i went to jio they were very unprofessional to handle the issue… i tried alot all in waste, when it went to jio corporate and said them to provide the detail of my number status or face the law then a guy came to help me sort out the issue… he took number details and returned me saying that this number is no longer associated to jio network and the said respective number with airtel itself.
i again went to airtel store in fraser town branch, and gave request to them for the same number and i was provided the same and got my sim card back after paying them the activation fee. in july 2021, i have been informed that it will be activated in a day or two.. when it was not activated i again went and was assured that it will be activated soon and time went on… my again and again visits to airtel store fetched nothing.. seeing this one of the airtel executive said me that it was regional manager who is not giving nod to provide the service and asked them to receive the number for Rs 25000/ from the customer in exchange.
here i would like to inform you that i have informed them that this number is important to me as it is being used for online sales by me, and it is a registered mobile number with my website that is www.alprofoodventure.com and to renew the website i will get the otp on the same number.. again due to this my website is down as iam unable to get the otp. and have loose huge loss in business apart from physical and mental stress.
please i kindly request you to help me get the same number and kindly look into the issue and do the justice.
