Hello Sir,

I am facing problem with Airtel from last 3days, suddenly my internet stop working and i have registered complaint and as per their suggestion I visited nearest store and changed simcard, but problem didn’t solved, after some hour suddenly my sim stopped working and it shows NO SERVICE, and i visited nearest store they suggested to change new sim card and charged 25/- rs which they told it will be added in my next bill, from last 2 days i have visited store plenty of time and have mailed them on 121@airtel.in and noddleofficer in Gujarat but issues didn’t resolved. They even don’t have any clue about automatic/suddent sim card deactivation. I am facing many challenges since then as i am working and don’t have any alternate number. They also now talking rudely, when i requested them to connect with some senior person who is in charge for service related issues.
