Hi,
My airtel prepaid SIM card is disabled. There is no network.
When I called customer care service they said that it working from their end but they mentioned due to some technical issue it not working and I need to take duplicate SIM but due to lock down. They cannot provide this service. Due to that I am experiencing loss like I am not able to receive OTP to complete any banking or any other transaction.
I am experiencing huge loss.
