Text of Complaint by Hrushikesh Kulkarni:

My Airtel Number 9004946881 has been auto deactivated on 9th April 2020. My one year Voice, SMS & Data plan was active and additional data packs & smart recharges are performed. Still SIM card is not activated yet. Followed up with Airtel on Twitter; No proper assistance from them even though all necessary details has been provided. Its been more than 12-15 days and I am unable to use services. Please provide assistance to get the issue resolved from Airtel.

  1. Airtel is not working properly and proactively on the issue raised. They asked me about my address and alternate number but its been a one week they have not reached out to me. They are just posting on twitter as “We are working on it” “We are on top of it” “It is taking little longer”. It is not little longer; it is a half month longer. They are just randomly replying but they don’t have proper update on the issue.
