Hi Team,
I’m requesting to file a complaint as my Airtel SIM card stopped working on 25th April which was during the lockdown for Corona Virus. I was not able to use any online applications as for every transaction they were sharing OTP to the AIRTEL number and my airtel sim stopped working,error No SIM. I am not able to use Paytm, Phonepay, ay online money transfer as they were sending OTP request on myobile number.
I tried calling to the airtel customer care but there is no response and there is no direct connection with them, as there are no working members available, I am in big trouble,I even mailed them the issue. But still no response, what can I do..?
