Text of Complaint by Abhinav Shrivastava:

Hi,
I am Abhinav Shrivastava, I availed Airtel postpaid service since past 5 years.
Recently due to COVID-19 I moved from Hyderabad to Pune, where I received SIM card registration failed due to which all the services has been stopped properly.
When I reached out to the nearest Airtel store, They have issued a duplicate SIM card and taken photo of mine on the spot and uploaded into there request.
After 24 hours, I Could not able to avail all the services into the duplicate SIM card issue Hence I again reached out to the Airtel store and asked for the reason.
They have provided the reason stated – Live photo did not match with the photo ID proof submitted into the system. I have provided my aadhar card with thumb impression at the time of issuing the original SIM.

Now it has been 3 months since I am paying the postpaid bill INR 498 / month. for the services which I am not using.
