My Airtel sim is showing no service for the last 4 days. Contacted the customer care through email, but I didn’t get proper response. Then I try to call the customer care using different subscriber number. After multiple trials the call got connected and they are saying the is issue is with the sim and I have to replace it. And they are not allowing me to port it to different network. For that I have to replace the sim card first.
In case some one has to port from different network to Airtel network, Airtel executive will come to your door step and will do all the verifications for free. But for the existing customers there are no options like that. We have to go the store and has to do everything our self. And for doing that we are not able to go out because of this corona.
Please help to to resolve this issue.
