On 9th July 2023, I applied for airtel broadband services in greater noida, omicron1 sector. Airtel assigned sales person Rahul Maurya and he arrived at my flat on the same day and explained some plan. He explained me if I will pay Rs 1500 advance I will get one month of broadband and dth service included in that. But when the first billing cycle is generated airtel generated bill for RS 734 till 26th July. I called to customer care many times and they are saying yes agent given you wrong information, but you have to pay amount in the bill and not ready to file complaint or resolve the issue. They even told me to do whatever I can as I have shared otp whi h agent as that time to start the service. So they are saying you only asked it. I want my money back. Request you to look in to matter.
